I would like to first start off by saying we have been using Peninsula Dental Lab for our Crown, Bridge and Implant services since 2016. I have been extremely pleased with their outstanding customer service, communication and overall above standard products. I appreciate the attention to detail our office has received by Peninsula Dental Lab, especially the personalized services provided by Andrew and Dominique. The dental lab’s team is always pleasant, well informed on our cases and maintain a great line of communication that gives us peace of mind each case will be taken care of promptly. When we send out a case we know we are going to get back a great product with little to no adjustments. Peninsula is always on time and often early with their deliveries. They are great at working with us on cases that need special accommodations and work well with our team in coordinating multiple appointments. We have recently done several anterior cosmetic cases and believe their work if far superior to other labs in the bay area. It is my belief that communications between my office and a lab is a priority and Peninsula has by far been the best lab with outstanding communication. Our cases go smooth because the communication is a priority to them as well. They are good about following up to make sure we are happy with the start to finish the process and most importantly the final product. The fees from Peninsula are reasonable. We appreciate the billing is consistent and hassle free which hasn’t always been the case with other labs. We have been happy overall with the service and I like the extra steps Daniel has added to the office to make sure the lab is improving their services. They have been reliable, consistent, organized and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Peninsula Dental lab.

I have recently switched to using Peninsula Cosmetic and Implant Lab, and I very highly recommend them. I have been using well known, big-name labs in Southern California, but the difference in quality and customer service with PCID Lab is exceptional. I am able to go to the lab and collaborate directly with the director, Daniel, and all his team, to achieve the end results that I and my patients expect. For the first time I feel that I have a partnership with the highly skilled technicians who work on my cases. We have been able to collaborate to problem solve on really complicated implant cases, and their cosmetic work is extraordinary.
